This sun soaked four-bedroom beach house capturing spectacular views from Queenscliff to Arthurs Seat and the sparkling expanse of Port Phillip Bay will have you feeling on top of the world.
The setting conspires to immediately evoke relaxation, while the close proximity to bay and ocean beaches, hot springs, wineries, horse riding trails and golfing greens further enriches the lifestyle appeal.
The two-storey residence features a luminous living area with polished timber floors, split-system heating/air conditioning and a north-facing balcony beside a modern kitchen with Smeg/Dishlex stainless-steel appliances, while three lovely bedrooms down the hall share a tidy white bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Downstairs with direct access to both the carport and alfresco patio lightly shaded by a moonah tree, a semi self-contained apartment offers a second lounge, fourth bedroom, and fully appointed bathroom and toilet to provide plenty of versatility as guest accommodation or a rumpus room for the kids as parents enjoy a few sunset cocktails on the balconies.
