What You Actually Get

The kitchen is fully equipped, the furnishings are genuinely good quality, and central heating and cooling cover you year-round, along with your own private laundry. The large undercover balcony looks out over the Arts Precinct, with a glimpse of Port Phillip Bay in the distance if you know where to look — and newly installed double-glazed windows mean you'll actually sleep well, even this close to the middle of the city. There's a 60" Smart TV for the nights you stay in, and building amenities that outdo most apartments this size: a 25m indoor lap pool, a fully equipped gym, and a rooftop BBQ deck with proper skyline views, good for sunset drinks after a day out exploring.
