Location, location, location…great 3 bed townhome situated close to 2 trams (1-3 mins walk and 10 mins to city), South Melbourne market, Pubs, Cafes, Restaurants, Albert Park Lake, Royal Botanic Gardens - all within 10-15 mins.
So if you're coming to Melbourne to enjoy a sporting event or visiting for the nightlife and restaurants you'll be minutes away from your destination.
Pls note, strictly no parties. The space Clean, comfortable, recently renovated, decorated and furnished. 3 Bedrooms, a King with En-suite and large balcony with City views, a generous Queen, the 3rd bedroom features 2 King Singles. A separate study retreat. With enough room to easily accommodate 6 you can enjoy indoor or outdoor meals. Car parking on premises. Guest access The smart lock will send you a code when you book for the duration of your stay. There is a backup process that never gets used…but is there just in case Other things to note Car parking for 1 car is available in the rear yard. It’s tight but possible to fit suv size cars. There is only 1 & 2 hour parking close by. The better option is the car park which is approx a 8-10 min walk - this is also on Moray St closer to the City/Southbank.
