Keys can be collected from the Collingwood convenience store at 76 Smith St, Collingwood. The store is an 8-minute walk from the home or a 5-minute drive (700 meters away) from the home.

Your unique key code will be in the house manual sent 3 days before your stay.
If you want to return keys outside of these hours, there is a mailbox outside the shop where you can leave the keys (if the shop is not open).

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Unfortunately, we do not get to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. Visiting family

The apartment is quite small. It had only a blow heater to warm, so it was actually quite cold. The bathroom mirror extends out over the basin so it is hard to use, clean teeth etc. The company puts a large cleaning fee onto the stay and yet then expects half the cleaning to be done by occupant before they leave which seems a bit rich.
