    Position yourself in the heart of Southbank in this light-filled 3 bed, 2 bath executive apartment. Generously proportioned and light filled, this 8th floor apartment offers an expansive open plan living / dining area with split system, leading to the large private balcony. This stunning and HUGE apartment contains a master bedroom with a Queen bed, full ensuite and private balcony, two other bedrooms (one with Queen bed and the other with 2 singles), both with built in robes and natural light.



    The Space:

    There is a modern kitchen with storage, bench space and quality appliances. There is a sizeable central bathroom with bath is large enough to share and the Euro style laundry comes complete with washer and dryer. The excellent resort-like facilities include the heated indoor pool and gym. All situated in a peaceful pocket while being close to transport, CBD, shopping, Albert Park Lake, and the South Melbourne Market. This is truly the best location in Melbourne. Free onsite parking, Wifi, a Nespresso machine, and a SMART TV are provided for your convenience.
