Location is great between CBD and St Kilda. Great spa. Basic gym but has all you need.
Very clean, every comfortable and super friendly staff. If you’re coming when the weather is joce, live some time to go to the rooftop pool.

Everything. This place was a delight to stay at. The room we had was spacious and had all the amenities needed. The outside terrace was very useful and the beds were super comfortable.
The only vise was the car parking allocated was very narrow lots amongst the other cars.

Clean room, great shower, comfortable bed, very adequate rooftop gym w killer views. The cafe downstairs serves delicious coffee and breakfasts. Only downside is that the rooms look right into another building so I kept the shades drawn most of the time. If you’re there mostly at night it’s no big deal.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There weren't any restaurants or grocery stores around so that was a challenge. The cafe on the ground floor was nice, but closed at 3pm. I was disappointed not to have gotten an accessible room, i bookef 6 month's in advance so i expected to get one.

The location of this property is really handy I would recommend hiring a car but the tram is a short distance away. There is a 24 hour front desk making checking in and checking out easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Great cafe for breakfast and lunch. Superb Italian restaurant around the corner at The Kinson Hotel-Vivi. In a great neighborhood with several dining options. A Woolworth grocery was walkable. Very close was Fawkner Convenience which carries everything you need.

Loved our apartment it had everything we needed. Loved the washing machine and dryer.
The extra facilities like sauna, spa and pool was amazing great view, loved the sunset. Will come back if ever in melboune again
