The host is friendly and responds quickly. The rooms are comfortable as per the description. The parking bay was very handy for parking the hire car. The location for inner city attractions was great and close to public transport. The gym was adequate, but the swimming pool needs maintenance and was not pleasant. Notice that there are no photos of the bathroom or ensuite. The cleanliness was terrible. Dirty and wet linen in the laundry, mould in both showers, dirty fridge, kitchen grease on the walls, and a rusty kettle. My wife and I purchased cleaning products so that we could use the fridge and take a shower. There are a few minor repairs required, like the loose bathroom faucet, broken bathroom door handle, broken bin, broken chair, deteriorated grout, and water damaged cabinets and trims. With some minor maintenance and repairs, and a thorough deep clean, this could be a pleasant place to stay.
