This medium sized first floor apartment, seperate living area with a 55 Sony LED TV, full size kitchen, coffee machine, microwave and dining table. The small bedroom is located onto Egan Street and includes a double sized bed, and private ensuite. With maximum sized bed for the room and is recommend for couple staying a few nights or single guest. Windows face Egan Street, has low medium level noise internally. Key features: Double bed, Egan st view, low sound, separate lounge and bedroom.

Access to the garden area is available to guests between 4pm and 8pm daily.

Quite time is from 9pm to 8am. No Parties or events
