The apartment was across the road from the Crown Casino, so close to city and free tram travel. View was amazing, apartment was well stock with what you need. When we couldn't find a hair dryer one was delivered to our door. Parking was great as well. Very comfortable apartment. The Crown food court was great for quick meals and the restaurants were also good.

Lift to apartment very slow. Utensils were so dirty.
The apartment is an awesome location given the price. Just 5 minutes walk from the Exhibition Centre and Crown Casino, 10 minutes to South Melbourne, and 15 minutes to Southern Cross or Flinders Street stations. And with trams running nearby.
The apartment itself is well appointed and very comfortable. Little sound can be heard from inside and there is a good sized balcony if the weather is nice. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals with IGA and Woolworths supermarkets within 10 minutes walk.
Well located spacious clean apartment in secure block. Within easy walking distance of tram stop, southbank bars & restaurants etc... Small convenience store just round corner and large supermarkets 10mins walk away. Perfect apartment in ideal location.
Gorgeous view, beautiful flat, great location.
However, the double bed was very small and hard. We had back pain every morning sleeping on that mattress. very uncomfortable.
Also, despite very clear communication of our arrival time at 2pm, we had to wait over 30 mins just to be able to check in. very annoying after a flight. yet, check out time HAD TO BE BY 10AM exactly. a bit rude and unfair in our opinion.
We had a great stay at this property. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made a big difference to us. It was in a very central location, and it was easy to grab a tram wherever we needed to go. We’ll be back!
Was the first time I was in Melbourne and this place was in a great location! Every place in the apartment had great views! Will be definitely staying here again.

1 bedroom apartment, convenient stay, check in has to be arranged as there is no reception. Bathroom is very small , great big balcony, good and clean fit out otherwise.
Great amenities and close to Convention Centre, Casino and supermarkets.
Beautiful view from lounge and balcony.
Self contained kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge and a dishwasher.
Washing machine and dryer were a bonus.
Only thing I would change was that I would put a recycle bin in the apartment as when I went to empty the garbage into the garbage shute there was a recycle bin there and you were requested not to put recycle objects down the shute so I had to sort my garbage from the bag and place in appropriate receptacles.
Only a minor detail and was great accommodation.
Have visited Melbourne on many occasions and must say that this is the best accommodation that I have stayed at. Will definitely stay again and have already recommended to family and friends.
The kids also loved the apartment especially the views at night.
Friendly staff and she took time to explained to us on all the Ws (where; when and whats) to make sure you have enjoyable stays.
South Melbourne Market is just a short 5 minutes walks and trams to St Kilda and City is near to your door step.
The apartments is considerable new and the rooms are clean and quite. Kitchen is fully equipped

The apartments were modern, well appointed, clean - very good.
They were well located (walking distance) to CBD, Southbank, South Melbourne Market, and a bunch of new restaurants near the DFO shopping complex.
The beds were comfy, the linen was good & plentiful, the bathroom & kitchen facilities good. The Kitchen had a good supply of crockery, cutlery, glasses & mugs. There was a (small) dishwasher, and a washer & dryer for laundry.
Various consumables were also supplied - tablets for dishwasher, laundry powder, a cake of soap, some coffee & tea bags, and a few roles of toilet paper.
We had an apartment on the 20th floor with good views, and a balcony.
The apartment we had, the aircon was in the lounge area only and one has to open the doors to the bedrooms to get it to cool or heat into there. The week we were there (1st week of Dec) Melbourne had a cold and wet snap, so I don't know how well that would cope with a scorching summer day.
Very good accommodation, will use again when we next visit.
This is a basic apartment but with modern furniture and ideal for those wanting to stay in CBD. Short walk to trams, riverbank cafes etc. Street can be a bit noisy, but probably due to all the nearby construction sites.
