Mal administrado- mucho por mejorar
Nos hospedamos un grupo de 21 personaspor tres dias.lareserva se realizó con meses de anterioridad, sin embargo no tenian las cosas praparadas: No enviaron el contrato con anticipacion. Solo unas horas antes de salir de viaje. 1. OjO: LA COCINA NO ESTABA EQUIPADA. Habian ollas pero nada de cubiertos, platos, vasos, pocillos... no es un lugar para uno cocinar su propia comida. Nos toco pedir comida a domicilio. -Nos solucionaron con platos y cubiertos plasticos al segundo dia. Cuando llegamos la piscina no estaba limpia -el motor no estaba en funcionamiento y el fondo esta a sucio. Al segundo dia la limpiaron. No habian implementos de aseo basicos como papel higiénico, jabon, shampoo, toallas. El lugar esta en mal estado: habitaciones con moho, lavamanos tapados, ducha que no caia suficiente agua, lavaplatos safo, el congelador no funcionaba...etc. No dan llave de la propiedad, sino una persona es encargada de la puerta. No da sensación de libertad. Se tiene que pagar una causion de 350mil al abandonar la casa. La persona que estaba en la finca estaba demorando la decolucion del dinero y diciendo que habiamos bebido cosas que no cogimos. En resumidas cuentas es un lugar que tiene mucho potencial pero no lo tienen bien administrado. Si quieren un dia de piscina es suficiente pero para quedarse ppr dias no lo recomiendo. La persona encargada de la empresa -Alex- fue amable y buscó soluciones, pero es mejor que se preparen bien antes de alquilar la casa.
