"Very good and family friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent stay. The only complaint would be that dinner at 2 of the 4 restaurants felt a little like a conveyor belt where the priority seemed to be getting us fed and out as quickly as possible rather than having us enjoy the dining experience. "We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!"

"I wouldn’t go to all inclusive to Greece again, maybe just with breakfast included for convenience, because the food outside in the restaurants is muuuch much much better and that’s one of the ways to experience Greece. "Excellence from start to finish — we couldn’t have asked for more!The immaculate property and beautiful grounds provide everything needed for a relaxing holiday, including a fully equipped kitchen, 3 dining areas, stunning pool with a varied depth, Netflix, PlayStation, games, books and thoughtful extras such as filtered water, an ice maker and two coffee makers. There’s also a cosy snug with an open fire, as well as an outdoor kitchen area with washing station, a barbecue, pizza oven and open-fire cooking facilities.We were two families with four adults and four children aged 11–18, and the property suited us perfectly. With a swing and slide, football goals, table tennis and plenty of pool toys, there’s entertainment for all ages.Booking and communication were excellent. On arrival, our host warmly welcomed us with a delicious Cretan spread, fruit and essential supplies and started our holiday with a welcome Raki 'Yamas' — a lovely touch. Our hosts were always on hand for any queries/questions throughout our stay.We were provided plenty of towels for the pool & washing, which were changed along with bedding half way through our 10-night stay. The washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher were a great help.Every room has a balcony or terrace with stunning views, and the attention to detail throughout is exceptional. The property, setting, facilities and wonderful hosts made this an unforgettable holiday.We would love to go back! Efcharistó for everything!!"

"The host was extremely Helsfyr and welcoming. We arrival late, and it was such a thoughtful festuke to have homemade food waiting for us in ordet for us have something to eat. We really appreciated that. It might be worth mentioning in the listing that having a rental car is essential for getting around. We were a large Group of 15 people, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had a wonderful stay for 10 days!"

"This property is truly the best you will find, it has everything you could possibly need and then some things you didnt think you needed and now do. (Eg juicer for fresh orange juice) Joanna is by far the best host ever, she contacted us prior to the trip and answered all questions and concerns. Once at the villa she met us and welcomed us with the best pork stew I've ever tasted, and a home baked cake!!! The villa was well stocked with the basics, milk, juice, bread watermelon, fruit, home grown courgettes and cucumbers and oranges and lemons etc so we had food for the next day. (And were able to squeeze the best orange juice) The pool is amazing as is the space at the villa, and the afternoon breeze off the mountains is the best. Please visit reptisland I was there 2 mins and handed a snake and bearded dragon, the cave is amazing, and you must visit Joannas family olive oil farm and the honey farm. I would 100% return to this villa and see Joanna again, who also popped a beautiful pudding mid week to us. Book this villa you will not be disappointed xxx"
