"Beautiful hotel right in the old city, even with all the noise and people outside, within the hotel you cant hear any of it, very serene. Nice breakfast, though repetitive and quite limited in choice. Pool areas nice and clean. Lovely areas to sit around the hotel and pool table a nice calm activity to do after breakfast. Hotel has Riad vibes but with all the amenities of a hotel. Lovely spa, nice and relaxing, don't think they allow children access to the spa pool. Interestingly the only taxi driver that picked us up from the hotel was on our transfer back to the airport, so expect most pickups and drop offs about 100m away on the main road."

"I have stayed at this hotel before, so I am comparing this experience with my previous stay. The location is perfect and the hotel itself is good, but unfortunately the basic service this time was very disappointing. From the first day, both bathrooms had no toilet paper, shower gel or shampoo. We were three people using two bathrooms, yet we had to repeatedly call reception just to receive basic necessities. The most frustrating part was having to keep asking for things that should automatically be checked and replenished by housekeeping. It was only on our last night that everything was finally provided properly. I appreciate that hotels can have occasional oversights, but when the same issue continues for several days, it becomes unacceptable. Especially disappointing given that my previous stay was much better. The location remains excellent, but the housekeeping and basic guest service need significant improvement."

"Really enjoyed this Riad! Great location. They cleaned our room, were incredibly helpful with navigating and understanding the city, the room was great in all parts. Our airport transfer was also great and a very kind man. We definitely recommend this Riad, especially for someone visiting Marrakesh for the first time."

"What a jewel of a place among so many Riads to choose from. They pick you up from the airport and bring you right to the Riad so you don’t have to find it inside the Medina. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. While they check you in, a little Moroccan tea and an almond delicacy. Room is small but very comfortable and has everything. AC, tea, water, some peaches all charming and well above my expectations for the price of the room. The best is their jazz band playing at their restaurant Arabe and their roof top patio La Pergola which is bustling with life in the open sky air. Both staff and food were great. It was a very pleasant experience. Soram the manager made our check out great by showing us a map and where to go, offering guide or taxi services and keeping our luggage until we came back. I would go again as it made our coming to Marrakesh for the first time not stressful at all. They’re very simpatico"
