"My sister and I stayed in this hotel in January 2026. The hotel was big and clean. However, the room was outdated, there were not enough outlets in the room, the shower door only went halfway and caused a mess whenever I took a shower. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the pool even though I was a guest at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were nice."

"I can’t think of a single thing to improve! The location of this hotel was perfect! Super close to everything in the old and new town! Very walkable but also accessible by vehicle for any day trips. The staff was super friendly and helpful! They gave amazing suggestions! The rooms were spacious and clean and updated! I can’t imagine staying somewhere else when in Prague!"

"The room was very clean and spacious, the location was excellent which provided easy access to old town. Great breakfast and brunch every morning. The only slight issue I had was the Bolt/Uber had trouble getting to it sometimes but this wasn’t a major issue. "

"Great property very central to pretty much everything in Prague. It’s literally around the corner from Powder Tower and a two minute walk from Old Town Square. Staff were very friendly and the beds were comfortable. Pillows were a little on the small side more like cushions tbh but for me that wasn’t really an issue. Decent bathroom with a decent shower although hot water can take a while to come through. The glass elevator was a nice touch to the hotel. In terms of breakfast there it was ok a nice selection of breakfast items but they are slightly limited in space in the dining area but that can’t be helped. The staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The room itself was quiet and got a good nights sleep every night. They also have free WiFi which has really decent speeds and connectivity. So all in all I had a really good stay there. I’d definitely book again. "
