"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"We did not actually stay the 2 nights we had booked here. There was what looked like black mold on the wall. We will be asking for a refund."

"Smell of mold in the room. Hotel situated in the middle of a commercial centre, with ugly buildings and parking lots all around. Check street view to get a feeling... Only very few rooms with a view to the (distant) lake."

"Check in at the hotel near the restaurant they had our name and room key already prepared and on the desk. Room was quiet, clean, and lovely. Small but perfect for our day trip to Lausanne and Lake Geneva, which is why we selected this hotel between the higher priced hotels in the cities (Geneva and Lausanne). Lovely grounds and quiet roads. Hotel staff very helpful when we had question about where to park near our room. We did not eat at the restaurant or purchase breakfast, instead we got...

"What a great hotel! It felt very luxurious and was quite relaxing just off the lake but with some breathtaking views. Very walkable to the center of Evian and nearby ferry to Lausanne, which made a great day trip. The staff was very professional and helpful. The pool was magnificent. We look forward to staying here again one day."
