"Wonderful property and wonderful staff!! Exquisite location!! Unexpected weather in the area caused power outages in the region, which the staff were super helpful in making sure we were kept updated about - they secured us a reservation at a restaurant that still had power, provided us with numerous little lanterns for our room, etc. When we accidentally left a bag on the terrace after we left, they had located it before we noticed it was gone - and kept it in a secure location until we returned to the region a few days later. Could not recommend this hotel more highly!"

"Clement was a fantastic host! He messaged us the day before and even checked us in a little early. The chateau was beautiful and well kept, and our room was large with high cielings. We felt like we were paying twice as much as we actually were given the experience. The breakfast was good too and the location is excellent to get to the center of Aix. We will be returning if we ever visit Aix again. "

"We really did enjoy ourselves however I would caution you getting to the place . It can be quite tricky at night and takes a while getting used to it . If you are searching for “out-of-the-way , it’s perfect . The owner is very nice and accommodating ."
