Horrible experience and I was charged twice. All the reviews that I read prior to my booking had to be fake. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. "STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK".

The property was filthy - garbage lying in the hallways and around the outside; The hallways and room smelled of pot, vape and who knows what else though it was supposed to be completely non-smoking. We were put near the end of a long twisting hallway. Someone down the hall was listening to rap music very loudly and someone else was yelling profanities; We also noticed that several doors had been kicked in and were broken; The toilet paper dispenser was also broken and the flooring to the kitchen was peeling and curling up, which made it a tripping hazard. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel after checking in and seeing the condition of the room, as we did not feel safe and everything felt unclean just after walking through it. The front desk person was very nice about it when I said we had decided not to stay. She said that they were still working on the remodeling and that they were making progress. Not sure how this property received a 9 star rating, because it definitely was not that.

I booked this place at the last minute because the VRBO place I had reserved cancelled shortly before my arrival. The room was fairly clean and adequate but the overall property was quite run-down and smelled of stale cigarettes. The pictures show a small bar with what appears to be coffee dispensers and breakfast type snacks available off the lobby area. There was nothing like that and there were no vending machines nor ice machines. The rooms have kitchens but there was no kitchenware at all. It was definitely not the "beautiful property" they claimed.
