You not only have the benefit of being located in the heart of Memphis within walking distance of nearly anything you might want to see downtown, but the space is completely upgraded with top-of-the-line appliances & state-of-the-art smart home technology. This condo really is gorgeous and we loved staying here. It's set up for guest comfort and ease, and the owner has an amazing website of his own with excellent recommendations for food, music, and culture. You don't need a car if you stay here, you can literally walk everywhere that matters. I'd stay here again in a hot minute!

This place was so comfy and fun. I felt safe. The furniture was very comfortable. The beds slept well. Lots of coffee provided and all the other usual amenities. Its a great location for downtown with easy access to lots of bars, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

A great location. So handy to everything. A short walk to Beale St, but far enough that you don’t hear the night life. The host is excellent at communication and supplies you with all the information you need for a great stay. Great stay!

Easy to access great, comfy 2 bedroom condo. Just a few blocks to Beale street, though we walked to places much further than that. Had the best communication with this property manager than any other place we have stayed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous apartment and location

We loved staying for our girls weekend staycation. Being from Memphis and understanding the city well, the location is perfect and walking distance to so many places downtown. We felt safe, and the apartment was beautiful and very clean. Would stay again!

Perfect location for a long weekend

The house was fantastic and comfortable. Easy walking distance to a number of our favorite places in Memphis, and having the secure parking area is always a nice amenity. JR was fantastic as a host and made the check in and check out process very smooth.

Awesome Location!

Only a 10 min walk from Beale St. and about the same to the National Civil Rights Museum. Also a few blocks from a gorgeous riverfront park with trails. Also has gated parking. Apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Music tour leg 2

Ideally located close to centre a 5 my walk away. Nice touch from owner leaving lots of cold bottles of water. Only downside we found which was entirely down to us was the fact that it only had 1 bathroom so with 4 adults it was a bit frustrating for showers and toilet visits. But the position fully made up for any disappointment we initially had.

Highly Recommend

I stayed here for a week with my mom for a mother daughter getaway in Memphis. We loved it and cannot recommend it enough. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay, and it was in an excellent location within walking distance to Beale St, museums, and restaurants. The hosts communicated clearly and promptly before and during our stay, so check in and check out were easy. They made us feel welcome in their space. We would definitely stay here again!

We ❤️ memphis

We loved this condo. It was secure, clean, organized, and has extra touches such as water in the refrigerator, coffee, and mints. We loved being within walking distance of great restaurants, historical sites, and entertainment. The folks here were so nice. There were 4 adults staying and the rooms were great. Only wish was for an extra bathroom 😂

Very nice place, conveniently located near restaurants, Beale street and attractions. Well stocked with all necessities and host had lost of water in the fridge which we definitely made use of. We were bringing our mother to celebrate 80 years and they had balloons and birthday wishes and treats. Great Host.

60th BDay trip!!

Worked out GREAT. Walked to Beale St/Gus’s Fried Chicken/Civil rights museum/riiver. Perfect location. Loved the Birthday Welcome basket. Owner was very accommodating; we got to town in morning (took Amtrak, also walkable to station) and he allowed us in early so we all took naps😜. Very well stocked. A ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom would be nice but we found a box fan to use. Loved the gated parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful place wonderful Host!

Stayed in the Condo for 3 nights for the eclipse. I was a fantastic property. Right in heart of Memphis good and nightlife! Property was the most well stocked property I've ever stayed at through VRBO! They had everything you could possibly need and more. Host left us a snack basket for the eclipse! Host communicated everything and made navigation and check-in a breeze. If I'm ever back in Memphis, this is where I would want to stay! 5 stars!

Perfect!

We had such an amazing stay! We were walking distance to major attractions such as Beal St and the Peabody Hotel, even with a 4 year old. And it was a short 15 minute drive to Liberty Stadium for a football game. There were so many highly recommended restaurants nearby that we had a hard time picking where to eat for our short trip. The condo itself is decorated beautifully and impeccably clean. To our surprise, it came fully stocked with basic necessities like toilet paper, but there were also shampoos, conditioners, soap, and even bottles of water in the fridge. We could hear people in the condo above us walking around as well as people outside the building if they were being loud, but that’s part of being in an apartment-styled building blocks from Beal St, and this unit is at ground level. The parking lot, the building, and the condo are all secured with a code. The immediate surrounding area looked a little rough, but even walking around in the dead of night we never felt unsafe. I, as someone who is from a big city, would feel comfortable staying here by myself. The next time we find ourselves in Memphis, this will be the first place we try to book. And we recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in the area. Thank you, J.R., for a great stay! We look forward to booking with you again!
