Clean, convenient location
Large home only minutes from I-40 made it easy to make it to Memphis and other destinations. We enjoyed the proximity to the mall, CostCo, and restaurants. The house had been cleaned very well prior to our arrival. New linens and curtains throughout. Multiple large rooms with lots of beds. The beds are all very firm so if this is what you like, you'll be happy. (We found them to be far too firm for our liking as we prefer a softer feel or memory foam topper.) One of the 'bedrooms' is actually the formal dining room and as such - it has no door for privacy. We had a small group but even so showering was problematic as the water heater is only good for 1-2 showers before the water turns cold. The upstairs heat was not working but the main level heated well. Not mentioned in the ad is the fact that there are 3 cameras on the front of the home that record you at all times. As someone who values privacy, this was upsetting to me. The kitchen is lacking - the refrigerator is missing all but 1 shelf, the dishwasher does not clean, there are only dishes for 8 people. Huge potential and would be a wonderful summertime stay with the backyard/swimming pool. Would stay again if the above items are addressed.
