This spacious 5,000+ sq ft estate, located in a quiet, gated neighborhood surrounded by nature. With 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 18 beds (16 large beds and 2 sofa beds), it’s perfect for large groups, families, or retreats. Extra sleeping space can be arranged if needed.

The home combines classic Southern charm with modern comfort. Enjoy a large great room, comfortable furniture, and a peaceful setting where you might spot local wildlife. Stay connected and entertained with central AC, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and a piano for cozy nights in.

***The basic reservation covers simple lodging only. As this is a short-term rental, only registered guests are permitted to enter the home.

Gatherings of any kind are considered extensive use and will incur a premium rate. Unauthorized events or additional visitors may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.*

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please note that our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 11:00 AM to begin preparing and sanitizing the property for the next guest.
LOST KEYS WILL RESULT IN A REPLACEMENT FEE OF $100 PER KEY.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We came to Memphis for our Fall Break and the house was perfect for a range of teens and family! Everyone had a bed and the kids loved the property! Everyone had something to do- :-)
