Summary:
This second floor apartment is apart of a 4-plex that was lovingly built in 1928. There is a great view of the sunset from the front sunroom. We renovated this apartment in 2021 with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are spacious and the original hardwood floors are stunning. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and hybrid coil & memory foam mattresses. Parking for one vehicle located behind the building and additional vehicles may park on the street overnight for free.

The Neighborhood:
Close to the historical district of Midtown. This amazing unit is minutes from the Memphis Liberty Bowl Stadium: 6 minute drive to downtown Memphis: but walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and local shopping Memphishas to offer.

Interaction with Guests:
This Airbnb is owned by Dekalb Properties LLC which is run by Kelly Malone with help from Co-Host Ron Davis. We both live in the Midtown area so if you should need anything we are close by. Every listing has a guide book to what we think are some of the best attractions in the Memphis Area, but should you be looking for anything specific please feel free to ask and we will give you our best response. Our units include digital locks that are changed for every guest for easy check in and also creates limited face to face contact during these pandemic times.
