Take a seat and relax in your very own private courtyard or lay back and catch up on your latest Netlix series with the birds chirping outside. You are walking distance to some of Midtown`s best options. We`ll also send you a digital guidebook with our favorite recommendations :)



Walk out the front door and 100 yards down the street brings you to a bustling corner with several great restaurant and bar options. Keep walking a few more minutes and you will stumble upon `Overton square,` one of Memphis` most happening areas with a host of other restaurants and bars and `Lafayette`s` which has some of the best live music almost every night of the week!



Head downtown the other direction in a short uber ($9) and you`ll find yourself engulfed in Memphis` blues scene on the famous Beale street.



In addition to the many great eateries (which you`ll find in the guidebook I`ll send you) there are several parks nearby and places to relax.



Uber or Lyft is readily available and by far the easiest option. Although you are so close to so many entertainment and restaurant options that the many bikes and scooters scattered around town for rent can be a great, fun option as well.

Convenient Location,with Very Responsive Host!

While we enjoyed our stay and the good location of this property, there were some issues that we experienced; however, the host was very responsive and resolved our concerns timely. I would consider staying at this location again as it was convenient to everything we needed to do while in Memphis.

Great location & communication

Timothy was extremely prompt and professional in communication. Check in & out was so easy. Perfect location for all the tourists spots we wanted to check out and near to lots of great food/coffee. Overall we had a blast and really enjoyed this cute place for a nice getaway.

Amazing place!

This property is just amazing!! It’s close to everything someone visiting Memphis would want to see. The team got back to me very quickly and were very nice!! If I come to Memphis again I will definitely be staying here and I will recommend this place to anyone I know that plans to go to Memphis!

This was an AMAZING place to stay! Would highly recommend and will reuse when in the area again!! It is within walking distance to so many great locations! I stayed in town for a concert during this trip and was a short walk from the venue which was great! The zoo is also within walking distance if you’re up for a short 20 min walk that is quite pleasant and peaceful. Walk the other way and there are plenty of shops to explore! Host is VERY EXCELLENT and timely with responses to any questions or concerns.

Cute and clean apt with A+ host

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t have been happier with it. Tim and his team are so professional, responsive and quick to help with any questions we had. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend!

Midtown Marvel

The location of this property is ideal for any plans you have in Memphis. It's in a quaint little neighborhood just off the bustle of Overton Square and other midtown locations. It is suitable for two occupants, with a kitchenette, very comfortable bed, roomy closet, and cute furnishings. The host was very friendly and responsive too. I would choose this location again.
