"My husband and I stayed here for a staycation for our anniversary. The carpets and furniture had stains. Our free breakfast I paid for was not on the reservation. When I called to find out where to park, no one answered the phone. Would not stay here again."

"The place is clean and nice but it's a lower end 4 star, no complimentary water in room or water stations except in the lobby during the evening. Very basic bathroom amenities, charge for parking even though it's way out of town in a cheap area. They charge the same as Peabody which is much better. ..."

"Unfortunately, the pool was out for maintenance, and that was one reason we booked. Check in took a bit longer than most places. Staff was nice and helpful. Ducks were top notch. Clean and nice rooms. Walls super super thin and could hear everything between rooms."
