  • Enjoy this 1420 sqtft 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home. Newly remodeled ! Partially finished basement with 65" Roku TV, washer & dryer in laundry room and shop area room. Outdoor patio furniture, fire pit with plenty of wood to burn and new gas grill ! It's close to the downtown areas of Neenah and Menasha with lots of shopping restaurants bars and breweries. It's about 20minutes to Oshkosh or Appleton and 40 minutes South of Green Bay. Go Pack Go!
