"Beautiful property walking distance to Mendocino town right on a cliff over the water. Breakfast is included and it is very very good. High-quality ingredients homemade dishes fresh and some made to order. Back up to Highway one so there’s a little bit of traffic noise. Otherwise it’s very very quiet. Room had everything we needed. Recommend drinking bottled water here. They have a water dispenser in the main house. Not all cottages view the ocean but the dining room does."

"This is great little bungalow hotel just outside of the main area of Mendocino. The rooms were modern and clean, the grounds are nice, and there's actually a quite good view of the ocean out of the back window of many of the rooms. All around, we had a lovely time and would stay here again!"
