"Our first trip to Bali these people are wonderful people and staff were wonderful. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get a hot shower. There wasn’t enough continuous hot water. Maybe we’re spoiled, but we paid quite a bit per night for this room even more than we paid other places, I would expect to be able to take a five minute hot shower even a three minute hot shower."
