Hotel was a great stay before and after our Aconcuaga climbing expedition. I would stay here again. My only complaint was lack of toilet paper and towels and washcloths in our room but, that was easily resolved by a trip to the front desk. Great location, very walkable!

Modern hotel and conveniently located. The stay would have been more accommodating if there were ice available in the hotel as well as, coffee/tea pot, refrigerator in the room.

Great for vacations but simple

Good installations and great location. Not so good breakfast and quality of the towels (very old!). Very very slow elevator that could only fit 2 pax.

Hotel location is very central and within a walking distance to almost everywhere. Great hotel for short city break, however even greater hotel for an expedition "base" due to the fact that one of the ladies who works at a reception desk speaks English, perfectly and has great knowledge about Mendoza and can help with almost everything.

Unplesant stay.

I stayed here for a surprisingly 5 nights. The room was extremely dirty as days went by and house cleaning wasnt cleaning anything. Hair and a dirty floor remained as it was for the 4 days until I told them to sweep the floor.

unfortunately the customer service was terrible. August I believe was the gentlemen in the night and early shift and he definitely did not look like he enjoyed working for M hotel. His attitude was very poor. The hotel was ok, I would not recommend it.

Die Lage des Hotels nahe Plaza San Martin ist optimal. Auch gibt es jede Menge Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war vergleichsweise klein und die Dusche funktioniert nur mit Einschränkungen. Erfreulicherweise war das Zimmer sehr ruhig.
