Absolutely loved it! It was so peaceful and had such beautiful views. Sage was amazing and always messaged me back. I definitely hope to book again soon ! :)
This is a beautiful tiny home in a great location. Were were looking for something close to Trenton as our son is starting lineman school and this was perfect. The only negative was a neighbor's dog barking very early in the morning. We found if we left the air conditioner running it drowned out the barking. Sage was awesome to deal with and responded almost immediately with any questions. We did enjoy the little visitors we had each morning, a different very freindly dog and cat.
Very cute small home in fairly isolated area but the surrounding property looks like it is quickly being developed. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Did not use loft beds, which may be difficult to access for older/geriatric visitors. Saw a small scorpion in bathtub (didn’t know they were in GA). Overall, wonderful stay
This was a last-minute trip for me to just get away and unplug. I didn't look very far before this property popped up. The price was just right for me. This cabin is new, clean and comfortable. The only two draw backs I had: It is located right off the road (which is not busy) and there was no wifi during my stay. Otherwise, it was a peaceful weekend. I enjoyed my walk down the road (two dead end streets). I was comfortable and felt safe even though I was alone.
My family and I stayed Friday to Sunday. We were visiting local lineman school. Up high in the mountains. Tiny house was a good size there were four us and we were comfortable! Owner was easy to communicate with! Three large dogs came over daily from neighbors. They were super friendly. They all had ticks but understandable in the mountain area. Location was quite peaceful. Would book again. Make sure you have everything you need store isn’t convenient.
Would recommend to others and book again!
This is a great place to stay & to get away from hustle and bustle of life. The cabin was very clean and organized with all the essentials provided (towels, soaps, kitchen essentials, toilet paper, etc). We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay fully. The communication with the host was smooth and prompt. All the rules are standard and sensible. There are a few grocery stores about 20-50 minute drive, called Ingles. The nature was spectacular. On this note I will say to keep that in mind, because there are critters here and there, which is, again, totally normal as this is nature. Also, there is the SWEETEST doggo, Josee, that comes by and greets you (she's in the picture with my partner). She doesn't have a name tag, only a blue collar. All she wants is pets and to play. Her owner lives across the road to the left. There are lots of national parks a short drive away. We went to Cloudland Canyon State Park & highly recommend it! Also, if you don't mind to drive a little longer, make it to the Lookout Mountain in Tennessee & go to Ruby Falls, what an experience!
This tiny home was perfect for my stay. The home and property were very clean and tidy. There was enough space and I never felt like I needed somewhere bigger to stay. The weather was fantastic on the mountain top.
The tiny home was a perfect size for the 8 of us and Very cute in the inside. Even though the tiny home is way up on lookout mountain but it was only fifteen minutes from a Dollar General store and small restaurants. (No franchise) where we were able to buy some supplies without having to go to town. The property was perfect for my grandchildren who love to play outside in the woods and look for creepy crawlers. The Tiny home was far apart from other tiny homes on the property for privacy. Not too far from town and Cloud canyon State Park which is perfect for days of adventure. The tiny home was very clean and it had all the cook ware we needed. Most importantly Sage the property manager wasvery good in communicating with us and explaining the checking in and out procedures.I would recommend the tiny home.
This property was perfect for our quick family getaway. Our kids loved the loft and built-in bunk beds. The home was very clean inside and out and out. We were a little worried after reading a negative review, but we didn't have any problems at all. We found the property easily with the directions provided by the host and check-in was very easy. The host checked in with us via text throughout our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. Would definitely stay again!
Overall amazing experience, great quality for price and everything you would need for a long weekend/week trip. Surrounding state parks are about 20-30 minutes away but an easy drive. One slightly negative thing was that neighbors had multiple dogs that would bark at night. The cabin can’t do anything about it, but just something to keep in mind. 9.5/10 would stay here again.
The property is great with several tiny homes in a cluster. The property is remote away from most commercial establishments, you have to drive a distance. Bring a fly swatter, a lot of flies in the area and they get inside.
We had a wonderful stay. Other than the fact there is nothing close to the property everything was great. You have to travel atleast 15-20 minutes to even get to a Family Dollar or a back woods gas station that you can’t even pay at the pump. If you are looking for something very off the beaten path this is definitely your place! The house its self was wonderful! Just know that its a bit of a drive to get to anything.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Neighbors Dogs
The house was great! However, dogs from a neighboring property were constantly coming over, barking constantly and sitting on the porch staring i to the house. They got into the garbage one night and made a mess for us to pick up.
I wish I could live here forever!!!!!
I absolutely loved being greeted by the neighborhood dogs! They were so sweet!
I loved the sounds of the rooster.
I LOVED THE FIRE PIT AREA.
I loved EVERYTHING!
The only thing I didn't like was no curtains or blinds on the windows in the front livingroom room and the loft, the door latch from the outside. One suggestion is to spray the property for ticks because the dogs had several which my husband removed off of them. And my 7yo son got one attached to him in his private area.
Overall I had a nice stay. Wish I had know ahead of booking about the other nearby properties and noise.
The house was new and as pictured, with lots of sleeping options.
It's a part of a growing community of these same homes on the property. They were clearing trees to place another home while I was there.
I would recommend you like dogs to stay at this house. There was a dog on the porch when I arrived that slept on there that night. Then every morning I was awoken by a cacophony of dog barking. Which made sense once I saw all the dogs roaming around the place. They were all very friendly. Just a heads up.
The property was a little difficult to find but its is because it is in a remote neighborhood. It was a small beautiful home. The inside was so esthetically pleasing. It was small but it had all the necessary essentials. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The front area had a lot of lighting that brought the natural sunlight and you could see the outside greenery. There are large dogs on the property but they were welcoming and friendly. For the most part it was quiet but there are dogs that do bark at night. It wasn't an issue for us. Saying goes if does aren't barking in the country then something must be wrong. If the dogs and barking is an issue this may not be for you. We enjoyed our stay and it felt peaceful and calm. The home is exactly how it looks in the photos. We didnt have any issues staying there and the communication with the owner is quick and responsive. We would enjoy coming back to this property in the future.
This mini home was absolutely beautiful, the property managers were very quick to answer all of my questions with no hesitation or long waits. The internet we had absolutely no problems with, and that’s with all four people on the internet plus watching the Super Bowl. I’d definitely stay here again.
A few things I should note about the property
1. There are dogs that will come up to you at the property but they are friendly and if you shoo them away they have no problems going away
2. This is up in a mountain and I’m sure it says that in the listing but I missed that. So I would definitely get all your food prior to going up the mountain cause it takes about 30 minutes to get down.
3. I didn’t have a problem with ticks and such but I did bring repellent so personally me, my spouse and kids had absolutely no issues with it.
4. I saw it said their was no blinds but that’s on the square windows in the living-room but the bedroom has them, where the dining room is and by the front entrance, and I think up in the bunkhouse. I think they should add privacy glass up there but that’s my personal recommendations
This vacation experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
The vacation rental company provided an incorrect address of a property just down the road and across the street from the rental property. We drove up to the incorrect address three times, and I think we are extremely fortunate that we were not shot, or bitten by the homeowner's very aggressive dogs. It was two hours before someone arrived from out of state to identify the correct property.
The inside of the property is very clean, but the outside is a mess, there are no blinds or shutters, and some basic kitchen utensils (like a corkscrew) were not available.
In the morning, we were awoken at 6:30 by the dogs from the prior evening, aggressively barking at us through the front door.
After the rental, the property management company was dishonest and evasive, and it took several days and 10+ follow up communications to get a return call.
