"Stayed 5 business days here and really enjoyed the stay! House keeping and room service was EXCELLENT. Complimentary valet was very helpful. Both hotel & casino staff were helpful and friendly. Amenities were okay, 1 out of the 5 days the pool was closed due to staffing issues. The Estrella water slide was out of service the whole stay. Overall, a good experience and I would book again!"

"For a resort I was disappointed in the services. I stayed over the Memorial Day weekend and wanted to get a pedicure. No nail technicians were working for the entire week. Also I needed to buy sunscreen which was not available in the so called shop. Other than these issues the staff and property were very nice."
