"Bis auf den relativ späten Check-in, die nicht mögliche Absprache über einen evtl. früheren Check-in (kein Tel.Anruf oder Eingehen auf meine E-Mails, sondern nur vorgefertigte Standard-Schreiben) und die unzumutbare Park-Situation, waren wir mit dem Zimmer, das wir nur für eine Nacht genutzt hatten, sehr zufrieden. "It was double booked. I arrived at 8pm with my 3 children, and there was another family staying there. I contacted the host, who was very apologetic and called expedia to find a solution. No contact was made, no solution was answered. I was left to find accommodation at the extreme last minute on my own. And no refund has been provided. I have booked many trips through Expedia, and expected better."

"Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Le Petit Cosy and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris. Our room was lovely, full of charm, and our favorite feature was the three windows and balcony overlooking the fountain. We loved watching all the adorable dogs gathering there—especially in the evenings when they played and splashed in the water. It was such a delightful view. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the metro as well as several bus lines, making it very convenient to get around the city. There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathroom faucet was a bit wobbly, and I was worried it might break. Also, a small refrigerator in the room would make an already wonderful stay even better. We visited during a July heatwave, and it was difficult to keep water and other drinks cold and readily available. The staff were warm and welcoming without ever being intrusive. We especially appreciated being able to store our luggage both when we arrived before check-in and again after check-out before our evening train. That made our travel days so much easier. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book Le Petit Cosy again."
