Cala en Bosc Oasis
We chose these suites because of their good reviews and the actual experience exceeded our expectations. Juli was very attentive to clean and make-up our room every day and we have never had such an excellent & varied breakfast buffet (with waiter “supremo” Simon demonstrating indefatigable customer service at all times).

Amazing location close to everything you need ( transport, beach, restaurants…etc) really nice and kind staff, food was really enjoyable and menu is changing every day ⭐️ Quiet and perfect to relax. Would definitely recommend it.

Staff were all excellent. Pool and surrounds with adjacent poolside bar really nice set up. Life guard all day. The whole area is spotless and maintained to a high standard. The restaurant offers a wide variety of good food. The Marina is only 3 mins walk away as is the nearest beach. We had a lovely holiday.

First Class Hotel close to all amenities
Great location. Staff very friendly and understanding of our special needs child. lovely breakfast, excellent rooms and rooms were kept spotless. Our special needs son Francis loved the pool and learned a lot of spanish from the staff. we had garden rooms 113 and 115 which were a great choice

We had a wonderful time. The staff were excellent and incredibly friendly. The food what above what we were expecting and our children loved choosing their food. Our apartment was just right and the location spot on for beaches. Only downside was pool was freezing so we didn’t use it as much as hoped instead we swam in the sea.

Clean comfortable hotel
Large comfortable rooms separate bedroom and kitchenette/dining area. Pool area nicely laid out with bar and eating area. Staff friendly.

The only thing we could pick up on was a minor mis-communication regarding evening meals and entertainment. Everything else was spot-on.

Great hotel for our family stay, super recommended
It’s a great hotel our family suite was very spacious and the staff was amazing!! We had a very nice time. Also is well located easy to stroll down to the beach, the port and restaurants, supermarket, farmacy all within minutes

Excellent stay in Menorca, Lovely relaxed very quiet resort. Lovely small white sandy beach with beach cafe, great pool and lovely weather. Very friendly, polite and welcoming staff. The people we met in restaurants, taxi transfers, shops etc were all really helpful and friendly. Perfect for families looking for a quiet holiday abroad. Great entertainment in the evening, musicians and live band. Clean and very comfortable hotel suite rooms with options to eat out or be self catered.

Lovely hotel, pool area really nice, relaxing and perfect for family. Beach a couple of minutes away, as is the Marina with a good selection of restaurants.

Spacious room, nice breakfast, good location
Pros: great front desk and housekeeping and breakfast service. Very helpful and lent us beach umbrella and toys so we didn’t have to buy them. Spacious room and bathroom with great shower and A tub. Great pool and kid friendly grounds. Nice location short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Cons: no king sized beds, parking was is short supply (but we always managed) Decor feels a bit dated and not high end. Location wise the Carema resort nearby is even better with direct beach access.

Lovely 3 night stay
We loved everything about this hotel and for 4 star, thought it was one of the best we have ever stayed in. We were very pleased upon arrival to see the spaciousness of the accommodation: it felt like we had an apartment. The bedroom was spacious, nice bathroom and a great living area with small, well-equipped kitchen. The only issue for us was the position of our room: we looked at the back of the supermarket and we were right by the air con unit which was quite noisy. If I went again, I would make sure I requested a room away from it. However, the air con in the room was very effective. We were half board and would highly recommend this: we were able to eat outside on the terrace at every meal and this was high season (although the outside tables were full for those guests who turned up later in the evening). All the staff were extremely professional, smiley and helpful.

Super hotel with amazing staff.
Such a lovely hotel. Super staff throughout the hotel and pool is glorious. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was more like a duplex apartment with a proper bed upstairs in the kitchen lounge and twin beds downstairs. Great location as handy for Ciutadella and Cala en Bosch. Rather than eat round the port area we preferred walking along the beautiful coastline path cami de cavalls which takes you to Son Xoriguer a gorgeous unspoilt beach with a lovely restaurant WhyNot. Super hotel and highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time at Macarella Suites. All the staff were friendly,helpful and had a good sense of humour. Only one small gripe and it is minor: We couldn't find any tea in the breakfast selection to suit the British taste.

Great family holiday.
We went to this hotel last year and had a great time.Was even better this time, food in hotel was great. The girls in reception were very friendly and helpful. No getting up at silly o'clock to bag a sun bed, plenty for everyone. We will be going back.

L’hotel si trova in una zona urbanizzata con negozi, supermercati, noleggi di auto e diversi ristoranti che affacciano su un piccolo porto. La camera era molto grande, luminosa e pulita e disponeva di due balconcini e anche di un angolo cottura con tutto il necessario. Anche il bagno era grande e pulito. L’hotel ha una grande piscina con zona verde circostante, un parcheggio interno, un ristorante con spazio all’esterno e anche una terrazza bar. Dispone anche di una spa che però non abbiamo provato. La colazione e la cena al ristorante sono a buffet e ogni giorno propongono piatti diversi e ci sono sempre molte scelte. L’hotel mette anche a disposizione degli ospiti gli asciugamani e l’ombrellone per la spiaggia. Tutti i camerieri e le receptionist sono stati gentili ed efficienti.

The resort is very well organized, offering what you need to relax and enjoy the island. The rooms are very big, the pool is fantastic and the presence of a SPA and a Gym makes the hotel a perfect destination.

Struttura molto bella, un soggiorno bellissimo. Esterni e parti comuni veramente belli ed accoglienti. Un plauso al ristorante con molta varietà di piatti e di qualità. Personale attento e professionale, con una nota di merito in più per il sig. Antonio per il servizio al tavolo. Io e la mia compagna avremmo dato volentieri le 5 stelle, ma, purtroppo, la nota dolente è il bagno. Troppo datato con doccia/vasca non all’altezza. La camera è migliorabile in quanto vecchiotta anche lei. Forse noi siamo stati sfortunati perché il salotto non era al piano, ma bisognava fare una scala e quindi un po’ scomodo. Nel complesso un’eccellente struttura, dove il soggiorno è assolutamente piacevole. Tutto il personale gentile e ben preparato.
