New apartment 80m2 duplex very spacious and quiet, 200m from Lake Annecy. 10 minutes walk from the village of Menthon Saint Bernard and 15 minutes drive from Annecy. 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and a sofa bed in the large living area. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and private parking. View of the lake and the mountains. Calm and very spacious apartment near Annecy lake. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and private car park. View on the lake and the mountains. 200 meters from the lake side. At 3km, the best european paraglading spot of Planfait, Talloires.
The self-contained accommodation is in a new house. (Completed End of July 2018). There is a bed 160/200, two beds 80/200 (convertible 160/200), and a sofa bed 2 places (140/200). A coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave oven / grill, a dishwasher, washing machine, a TV 120cm are available to our guests. For your comfort, the summer apartment has air conditioning and winter for a post-ski mountain atmosphere, a programmable pellet stove. For our sports friends who come or rent bikes, mountain bikes, paddle, paragliding, ski a secure annex is at your disposal to tidy up. Very quiet area, near the lake and the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard (supervised from 01/07 to 02/09), a plus for families to enjoy the lake safely. We do not live in the accommodation, but at 200 meters and available to provide all the information on activities, events in the region. We are an active and sporty family (cycling, mountain hiking, rowing, paddle and in winter ski touring, photography). The accommodation is 3 km from Planfait Talloires Paragliding. The village has all the amenities and is easily accessible on foot. Bakery, supermarket, patisserie, tea room, butcher, newsagent, pharmacy, bank. Two restaurants, a pizzeria in the village center and in summer season three lakeside restaurants. And all year long a gourmet restaurant at the Palace of Menthon St Bernard. You can move on foot, by bike in the village. To go to Annecy you can use the transdev coaches (line 61) and the boats of the company of the boats (pier at 500 meters). The greenway passes next to the accommodation and allows you to access Annecy by bike safely. (10km)

Great modern property in excellent location. Close to the lake edge and great cycling routes. Communication with Valerie very good at all times. Has secure bike storage and plenty of parking.
The property was a very modern Chalet, clean and well organised. Had everything we needed including very safe storage for our bikes. The chalet was private, and 10 minutes walk away were 2 great restaurants and a comprehensive local supermarket. The weather was great and the mountains gave us what we were looking for !
We enjoyed a fantastic week at Valerie’s property. So close to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Boulangerie and supermarket. The property had air con in the main area which was a welcome relief and was perfectly clean on arrival.There was no outdoor space as such for the kids to play but that was no problem due to how close the property was to the lake. Less than 20 minutes away there was a nice walk with Paragliding opportunities, and a nice chateau to visit which was a good 20 minutes walk away.
This is the second year we’ve booked this apartment and didn’t disappoint again. Great proximity to the lake and Menton village. The host is always very helpful and great to now have wi-fi added this year (a must with the teenagers). Thank you!
Great location, although not easy to find initially as our French is not good enough for the instructions. Great communication from Valerie. Air con was great to come back to. Only wish there had been a few more glasses, but that’s such a tiny thing it shows how great this place was!
Good property but with a few improvements could be great
The house was in a good position, much nicer being out of Annecy and to have a "beach".
A few things could have been better. Not nearly enough toilets paper for 4 adults for 5 nights; no toiletries (soaps etc) . The place was quite hot and the air conditioning didn't work...just the fan. No wifi. There were many finishing touches that you get in other Stays that were missing in this one. It did have parking and was well situated and fairly new.
L’emplacement du logement est idéal et il est tout à fait fonctionnel et spacieux. Par contre la disposition des pièces avec la cuisine/salle à manger à l’étage n’est pas pratique.. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un espace vert et 2 transats à disposition. La plancha à gaz mentionnée dans l’annonce ne nous est pas destinée en fin de compte. La pergola extérieure ne nous est pas exclusivement réservée, il faut la partager avec les propriétaires qui logent sous notre logement contrairement à ce qui est mentionné dans l’annonce. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme avec une belle vue sur le lac.
Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire qui est charmante. Tout est conforme à la description, le logement est très agréable très fonctionnel. Tout est neuf. On a vue sur le lac et nous sommes très près de la plage de Menton Saint-Bernard, accessible à pied. De plus il y a un parking pour au moins deux voitures. Les propriétaires sont adorables et ont répondu à chacune de nos demandes très rapidement.
C'est littéralement le meilleur emplacement pour séjourner à Annecy. A 10mn de Annecy en voiture et à 5mn à pied d'une plage avec de nombreuses activités à faire. Le logement est très bien équipé et très joli.L'hôte a été très agréable et disponible.Seul élément d'amélioration est d'avoir des volets opaques dans le séjour et la chambre du rez-de-chaussée.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liegt sehr nah am See.
Das Zimmer im EG und der Eingang riechen etwas feucht.
Da wir besieht warmen Wetter da waren, war es schade, dass die Aircondition nicht immer gut funktioniert hat.Im Zimmer oben gibt es ein leises aber konstantes Geräusch, das beim Schlafen stören kann. Der offene Raum lässt sich nicht verdunkeln, was bei voller Belegung für die Peesonen, die dort schlafen würden evtl störend sein könnte.

Séjour au top et beaucoup grâce au logement. Très bien placé, propre et spacieux. Le village de Menthon-Saint-Bernard est très beau avec tous les commerces utiles.
Cette location est très bien située, à la fois proche du lac et des activités diverses.
Les pièces sont lumineuses, spacieuses et chaleureusement meublées.
L’espace de parking est important, si vous disposez d’un grand véhicule.
Enfin, la propriétaire vous réservera un accueil chaleureux. Tout est sérieux.
Location hyper confort, hyper bien situé, proche du centre de Menthon st Bernard, de la plage, du bord du lac.... nous avons passés un excellent séjours. A retenir

Super maison propre et spacieuse. Super vue sur les montagnes et le lac.
Le seul problème pour nous c’était le manque de wifi. Il n’y pas de box ou de wifi dans la maison.
Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé , le chalet est confortable et propre.Le cadre magnifique.Un bémol cependant : nous avons regretté la literie en synthétique , le canapé du salon inconfortable comme couchage ,l'absence de néons autour des miroirs des deux salles de bain , pas de tables de chevet dans les chambres , et la surveillance discrète de la voisine , déjà signalée par de précédents locataires.
Malgré ces quelques détails , nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
A lovely property, very convenient for the lake beach and village centre.. Very clean and felt very new. The free bus service made it feel very well connected. WiFi, DVD player would be helpful for younger guests.
