La Savoyarde is a luxury 4-star studio for 2 people. Decorated by a well-known architect and designer, this is a delightful combination of contemporary decoration, designer furniture and hospitality, with the added comfort of high-tech equipment (flat screen TV, Bose hi-fi and hotel quality bedding).

In a character house on the Plein Soleil bank, you are sure to be charmed by this little gem.
Ideally located at the heart of the Alps (Geneva 45 min, Megève, Chamonix, Italy 1h, Méribel, Courchevel 1h30, Val d’Isère 2h), our house is also close to all amenities. You will be 10 minutes from Annecy town centre and its shops, 15km from Annecy airport, 45km from Geneva Airport in Switzerland, and 150km from Lyon Satolas Airport.

For sports fans, our house is conveniently located for all activities: sailing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, diving, golf, riding, summer luge, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, karting…

Wonderful location, sweet home away from home

This studio had everything we needed to feel right at home, and a short walk from the adorable center of the village of Menthon. Loved being right in the swing of village life!

Petit écrin tout près du lac d'Annecy

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique autant sur la proximité du centre ville de Menthon St Bernard et Talloires que les possibilités de rejoindre assez rapidement les stations de ski environnantes. Nous avons aimé aussi ce charmant studio qui est très bien agencé et équipé. On peut noter un accueil particulièrement chaleureux de notre hôte. On vous le recommande sans hésitations !

Great little studio in the country-side

It's a great little studio in the country side and only a few KM from Annecy. Alexandra is a very friendly host and accomodating vey accomodating to my early arrival and lack of working cell phone in Europe. I would recommend this to anyone looking to visit the area.

Brilliant accommodation.

This property was excellent. It was located near a small village where it was possible to purchase most of your requirements. The layout sounds small but, in fact, it had every possible amenity to a very high standard and for two people it was more than adequate. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained, inside the Studio. The building was very old which added to its charm. There were no facilities for sitting outside the building but this was no problem because 200 metres away was Lake Annecy which had plenty of seats or sunbathing areas, if that is what you require. Alexandra, the owners daughter was fantastic with us. She helped us to find the accommodation easily, by phone, she explained everything thoroughly to us, she was always available if we needed to speak with her and was most helpful and kind. I would certainly recommend this Studio to any couple looking for a quiet, relaxing and calm holiday. We spent a long time walking and sitting by the lake. There was a lovely restaurant nearby which we frequented often. We only found the two flights of stairs to the Studio a little prohibitive because we are somewhat disabled but after a fortnight there we managed fine. Lovely lovely place.

Beautiful little flat, home from home!

This is a lovely little flat - we stayed for a week and were very content. The location is fantastic - 5 min walk to the lake, 5 min walk to the village centre, 10 min drive into Annecy around the lake. The flat has parking, and is very modern with all the mod cons. Its very well decorated, lovely shower and very comfy bed. Plenty of local guide material provided (restaurants, activities etc). Can't recommend enough - if we come back to Annecy area we'll definitely stay here again!

perfect accomodation

All I can say is this studio is absolutely perfect. Not only is the studio stunningly designed and comfortable, the landlords are extremley helpful. Its close to everything you need. We really enjoyed the studio and will definately stay there again. Actually, we didnt want to leave.

Between the road and the lake, perfect location for a break for a couple. Landlords live above and are charming and helpful. Accommodation basic but good value.
