Discover this fully renovated 170 m2 triplex village house in the village of Menthon-Saint-Bernard.
Just a few minutes' walk from shops, the cycle path, the beach and the château, this house is ideally located for an excellent family vacation. 15 minutes from Annecy and around 30 minutes from the ski resorts.
The house sleeps 10 and is fully equipped.
On the shores of Lake Annecy and at the foot of the Massif de la Tournette.
Close to restaurants: Abbaye de Talloires, Auberge du Père Bise, Aquarama, Cottage, etc ...
The Prieuré de Talloires, the Eglise de Saint Germain and the Cascade d'Angon are not to be missed.
Two supervised beaches are available for swimming, and a wide range of activities awaits you: tennis, 18-hole golf course, mini-golf, paragliding, water sports, adventure courses, hiking...
Bed linen and towels included in the price.
For your departure, we provide: shower gel - shampoo - soap - toilet paper - coffee capsules - dishwasher tablets.
We remain at your disposal throughout your stay.
