Villa Elsie is a private sea facing 3 bed Villa in a prime central location of Arenal with private pool and fabulous sea views. It is only 5 mins walk from the Beach. Perfectly situated with stunning views over the bay, all of the amenities of Arenal are only a few mins walk away. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms over the first and second floor. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 in twin beds, with fitted wardrobes and pool/garden views. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 in a kingsize bed, has
partial sea views and fitted wardrobes. There is also a travel cot for babies. On the same floor is a spacious shared bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine. The master bedroom has a superking bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, safe and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The balcony provides beautiful views over the bay. On the ground floor is an open plan Kitchen Diner with ceiling fan, TV (mutiple channels, movies, and series in all languages) , Wifi, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Nespresso Machine, dining table and modular sofa. Outside is a patio leading on to the private pool, a shower, brick built BBQ, Sun beds and outside dining table for 6.
The Villa offers space and privacy but with all the convenience of being close to the centre of Arenal and the beach, because of its central location you will experience loud music in the evenings from the hotel close by. No car is required unless you wish to explore the island, although there is a private parking space.
