Laut Beschreibung 51qm, tatsächlich sind es maximal 35qm. Das Apartment ist viel kleiner, als angegben! Vielleicht rechnet man ja anteilig die Terrassen dazu, von denen die hintere wegen Lage und nicht vorhandenen Gartenmöbeln - es stehen dort nur zwei alte, dreckige Tische - nicht mal nutzbar ist.Der Pool fing nach einer Woche an, grün zu werden. Das hat leider mehrere Tage niemanden interessiert, erst dann kam jemand mit entsprechender Chemie.Bei dem hohen Preis für die relativ überschaubare Wohnung darf das so nicht laufen!Die Lage ist super, relativ ruhig (bis auf die Tatsache, dass direkt nebenan gerade ein Hotel gebaut wird...) und es sind nur wenige Gehminuten bis zu dem wunderschönen Strand und den Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Wohnanlage, die Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage gleich links vom Treppenaufgang.
Der sehr schöne Strand von Arenal d'en Castell.
Der Pool am Anfang...

Très bon emplacement, et pour nous, la plus belle plage. Plusieurs commerce à proximité, une procédure d'accueil jamais vu, de très bonne qualité.Par contre pour la sortie, elle est un peu à revoir car le ménage est indiqué comme inclus alors que non.Notre plus cher location (2 fois le prix de la crète ou de la sardaigne) mais nous avons apprécié notre séjour

La posizione che dopo breve rampa di scale o discesa consente l'accesso alla spiaggia di Arenal.la camera è dotata di tutti i confort (anche macchina nespresso) .il posto auto dedicato è un plus. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua risolto in giornata avendo comunque riscontro alla richiesta.

Très bon séjour !

Superbe emplacement tout près de la plage (10 min à pied) dans une résidence calme. La plage d’Arenal d’en Castell est magnifique et les restaurants et bars tout près sont appréciables. L’appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût. Les 2 terrasses sont sympa. La piscine est bien agréable et peu fréquentée. Le mobilier de la terrasse devant : 1 seule petite table ronde en plastique. Ça aurait été sympa d’avoir une table un peu plus grande comme les autres appartements pour pouvoir y manger. Autre petit souci (mais pas trop grave vu la température) : l’eau chaude ne semblait pas fonctionner. Nous n’en avons rarement eu pour la douche.

Great apartment in Menorca

The appartement was newly renovated nicely decorated, and very clean. Very well located, with lots of beaches less than 30min drive away (and one 10 min by foot). Far from the busy crowds of the south. Very small remark: the kitchen could have had a bit more wares (e.g. bowls, vegetable peeler).

The apartment is super modern, clean and confy

There is a washing mashine and dish washer. Very handy. Everything inside is new, usefull tools in the kitchen, nice welcome kit, confortable beds. Not many windows and small space so very hot inside, especially in the night. There are two fans but they are noisy. The swimming pool was a disappointment. I know it is not under mauterVillas but it was not very clean with very old ties. We never used it. To get to the apartment there are also some stairs to do, we had a pram for our baby and it was annoying to pick it up to go up and down the stairs. Overall the apartment is nice and in a very good position. 5 min walking to the beach and close to shops and restaurants
