"The hotel is conveniently located near Market 28 and Walmart, with several great cafés within walking distance. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. When I lost my phone (completely my own fault), everyone went above and beyond to assist me, especially the reception team. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to handle, especially as an English speaker with little to no knowledge of Spanish. I truly appreciated their support and hospitality throughout the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"Room was clean and well working air conditioning! Proximity to restaurants is a definite advantage! The area felt safe! The negative experience was due to guest with kids allowed them to be running and screaming in the corridors. The rooms are not soundproof! I only stayed 1 night. It was a Friday."

"Our stay was overall good for the price. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the bedding was comfortable, and we enjoyed having cable TV. The 24‑hour front desk was accurate, and staff were polite and available when needed. We also appreciated the help with our bags at checkout. Some amenities listed online weren’t clearly explained during check‑in, and based on the listed amenities, the process was vague — including housekeeping, the front‑desk safe, ATM/banking services, multilingual staff (seemed to only speak Spanish?), and tour/ticket assistance. We used the restaurant one time for breakfast, but a small, printed menu with dish names and ingredients would really help tourists unfamiliar with local dishes. Overall, this is a clean and comfortable place, and with clearer communication about amenities, the guest experience could be even smoother."
