A clean and pleasant hotel. Close to water bus transportation. The staff are highly professional and helpful.

One of our rooms was infested with crickets and some other insects. The desk staff didnt seem to care when we brought it up as an issue. We also had a power cut. Finally, the elevator didnt work when we were leaving so we had to carry our bags down a flight of stairs. Thankfully we only stayed one night at the propertiy. Horrible experience overall.
