"My only complaint was that the there was no housekeeping done the entire time we were there. I have no problem if they don't replace the towels or the bedding, but I really think they should empty the garbage and make the beds at least every other day but they didn't do anything the entire stay. Kirsten at the front desk was amazing and she saved this rating from being lower. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was as good as possible. The breakfast was good and well stocked. I would stay there again, but I would request housekeeping at the beginning of our stay."

"If you cannot secure lodging inside Yosemite, this hotel is undoubtedly the next best option. It checks every single box: incredible proximity to the park entrance, beautiful river views from almost every room, and all the essential amenities you could need. Additionally, the property features two exceptional on-site restaurants. Truly one of the finest hotels outside of any national park."

"The room was clean, perfect size and an unbelievably comfortable bed. Only thing that wasn't great, honestly had nothing to do with the facility/building itself, but what was going on across the street. Whatever the establishment was across the street, the people there were extremely loud, yelling, calling out obnoxious and obscene words/sentences and people standing around the entrance to it were extremely rude to people walking up and down the street but also making obscene gestures and saying rude things to me and my significant other as we attempted to relax on the balcony outside our room. I could tell that everyone there had been drinking."

"This is a small, older hotel with only a few rooms. The amenities such as the pool are 2 miles away at The Cedar Lodge. That is where you go to get your keys. Expedia says you can only check in between 3-6 but that's not correct. Staff is at the Cedar Lodge later than that. We were only a few miles from the gate, so that was very convenient. The room was comfortable. We had wanted a downstairs room, but there were only a few of those. There was no one to help with out bags because there's no staff at the hotel. We would have loved to stay at the Cedar Lodge, but this was the last room available in our price range when we booked, and it served it's purpose. The kitchenette was great to have!"
