"Out of all the options along the coast, just stop looking when you find this one and book it immediately. The owners are a lovely, welcoming couple. They go far above and beyond. The location is fantastic and very safe. The space is very clean and the perfect size. The AC works well, even in the middle of summer. We were VERY happy with our stay. Just book this place. "

"Great clean place with a fantastic location! 3-4 min walk from train station and to the strip that has all the restaurants, bars, gelato etc. A grocery store/ market is 50 feet from the entrance of the condo front doors… what more could you ask? "The perfect stay in beautiful Pompei on our way home from Southern Italy. Stayed for 2 nights to visit the Ruins of Pompei and Vesuvius. Sonja and Alfonso were the perfect hosts and gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home during the entire stay. The suite was extremely clean. Very comfortable and spacious. The pool was a big hit with the kids after days spent exploring the region. Also of course the trampoline and the basketball hoops. Overall a perfect stay. Highly recommended."

"Wonderful budget hotel option with valley views down to the Mediterranean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Our host was very friendly and helpful. Parking is provided just off the main parking lot for a discounted rate, and our host helpfully parked for us so we wouldn’t have to navigate the tight corners. Location couldn’t be better - literally steps to the piazza duomo and villa rufolo. Note : The market is in the parking lot on Tuesdays and they start setting up around 5am so it is noisy outside the window. We didn’t attempt to drive our car through the market that day - made the long walk down to Atrani and Amalfi for a beach day instead. Would come back to Il Ducato!"
