Guest Services was outstanding - special shout-out to Sarah at the front desk who went above & beyond to personally deliver extra water bottles to our room after a hot day of hiking. Also, chef & service staff at Bisto 67 were among the best we've experienced. A bit of highway noise (we had a front facing room) was the only negative, but everything else was spot on! "I wish I could give this property more than five stars, as it was absolutely fantastic! First of all the location is wonderful as you can walk to downtown Williams Bay, two parks, the beach,restaurants and cute shops. The home itself is adorable and new with high end touches, and unbelievably clean, and so well stocked. We were two families with young kids and it was more than enough space for all of us with the basement area being especially nice. The beds were SO comfy and the owners thought of everything their guests might need, including kitchen items, beach towels, beach chairs, and loads of outdoor activity items in the garage. Speaking of garage there is one outdoor space and one garage space plus beach passes, which was such a nice touch. It's also a quick drive to downtown Lake Geneva but we honestly loved the Williams Bay Area and beach even more as it's a little bit quieter and less crowded. Highly recommend Pier 290, the calamari grill, a dip in the bay ice cream shop, Daddy Maxwells and.harpoon Willie's-- all within walking distance of the house ! The pool at the complex was a BIG bonus! It was so nice to be able to take the kids to the pool every day and it was very clean. The owners of this property were so nice and accommodating as we had some last-minute personal issues affecting our original dates and they were incredibly understanding and kind. We are already planning our next trip back to this property. It's an absolute gem!"
