"Charming room in a historic house. Friendly host. Simple and satisfying breakfast. Coffee and snacks available 24/7. Friendly cat, who wasn't supposed to be in our part of the house, but for a few minutes, there he was. Entryway and breakfast room has literature about history of village of Laurens and the original owners of the house."

"Breakfast was delicious. Only complaint was noise from outside of hotel. College town! Bars on either side of hotel, lots of noisy young adults outside till 2am. Other than that, I liked this hotel a lot!"

"The one-room studio is set alongside a manicured pond that sports a diving board and a fire pit with accompanying Adirondack chairs. With its cabin-like feel, the experience is one of outdoor serenity. The decor is understated but homey and comfortable. I enjoyed being in quiet surroundings with comforts of home."

"Rented 2 rooms for a 3 day stay. One room was missing a trash can, the microwave that was stated in the description that came with the room, and a towel bar near the tub. It wasn't a big deal, the other room we rented had all of these, so we shared a microwave and hung the towels on the hook on the bathroom door. The rooms were very clean; the bed linens and towels were clean and crisp. The beds were comfortable and they offered tv and internet. It was very quiet, very peaceful, the staff was pleasant and cheerful. Overall, we had a very pleasant weekend getaway. "
