"We spent 5 delightful nights at the hotel. It was perfect in every respect. The room was spacious, well designed and had an amazing view of the lake and the town. The hotel is kept meticulously clean. The staff are always on hand to help with anything and nothing is too much. "

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The lift could accommodate a decent number of people and calls at every floor. The room came with a small window that provided a good view of the sea. Whilst the room could be larger, everything else was comfortable and staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was in a very lovely restaurant with full glass frontage towards the sea. The common areas are visibly old, but acceptable and kept to the best of whatever condition it can be kept in. My only negative comment is that the bathtub is somewhat dangerous because it is quite high from the ground so I nearly sprained my ankle each time I got out of it. "

"It’s the best location if you are visiting Stresa for the first time. The ferry can take you anywhere and just across the street. Can board the airport bus right outside the hotel. Great restaurant on site. Excellent service and great breakfast. We went to the pool one time and is very relaxing. "

"The hotel overall is an amazing property with outstanding views. A very nice front desk guy Cande "Papi" helped me a lot and was very diligent to try to give an excellent service. I had an upgrade do that the AC wasn't working in the room I was assigned to. Breakfast was very good and the Capuchinos were amazing. Bathroom ok, but dirty dirty shower. "
