Bell man was great. But there was a stend in the first room so we got changed. Then the new room had urine on the toilet seat we had to call someone to come and clean. The pool area only has two umbrellas and it is a rooftop. That is poor planning. The food was not great either. For a supposedly 5 star hotel it felt more like a 3.5 star. Just ok

Overall stay was great. There is only valet parking available, so not too convenient when trying to explore the city throughout the with your own car day. Also, breakfast is not included with your stay. Every other time I stayed in Mérida, typically continental breakfast was included in room rate.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is too far away from the main town, about 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. Driving in Mexico is always scary, so we ordered Taxis the whole time.

PASS. Beautiful building. Food overpriced and not worth it. No menu-only QR code on tv. Ate elsewhere. No written guide or clues to make stay easier. Even the lights in room were challenging to use. Loud disco music til 2:30 am two nights of five-night stay. Could’ve stayed on other side but hotel seemed to think it was out of their hands. When speaking to front desk about questions/problems, nothing was resolved. A written local guide is needed.

THEY WERE MAKING ARRANGEMENTS TO THE KITCHEN ALL DAY (HAMMING, MOVING, ETC), IT WAS 12 AT NIGHT AND THEY WERE STILL MAKING NOISES THAT YOU COULD HEAR IN YOUR ROOM. SEVERAL GUESTS COMPLAINED BUT THE STAFF SEEMS THAT THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING
