This residential Condominium is a hidden gem of privacy and luxury, perfectly placed between Progreso and Chicxulub Puerto, one block from the sandy beach or the Gulf of Mexico. It is also placed 10 minutes walk from the only 2 Blue Flag Beaches of Progreso, the Malecon Tradicoonal and the Malecon Internacional. Ask us about our monthly rates for +1 month rentals.
The rooftop is absolutely amazing, being furnished and equipped with a toilet and a barbeque, where you would only need to bring your preferred meat cuts and the needed coal or briquettes and enjoy a dinner al Fresco while admiring the lovely sea view.
One step outside the main gate, you will see the beach just one block away, and follow the sandy path to the sea.

***We are Pet friendly, but not for free, and there is a 30USD Pet Fee you must pay in cash to the security staff if you want to bring along your furry friend. Only 1 pet per unit allowed by the Condo Rules***
