The tower and bathroom was dirty, bathrooms wall was pilled and I need hot water at 11:00 am for mix one medicine and the lady in the front desk no want to help we that; adicional the floor in the Elevator is deteriorated

We enjoyed staying at this Hampton Inn, good location, I like the quietness and in an area that is not very busy there. Excellent free breakfast included.

The hotel facilities are clean, the breakfast is assorted, but the attention of the staff at the reception is quite bad, they ignored us and took care of us until they stopped talking to each other, and the treatment by Miss Daniela was very bad
Todo el staff muy amables en general, el desayuno incluido es un plus, por las noches los pasillos tranquilos sin ruido que es lo que queremos, descansar después de un día de paseo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y definitivamente me hospedaré en mis siguientes vacaciones en Yucatan.
Breakfast area personnel was very kind and attentive. We did find 3 little bugs in the room, that's why I am not giving a 5 star review.
Too many towels in the room, only 2 and there were 3 of us, I had to ask for extra.
We had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and it is walking distance to the mall.

Nunca hubo agua caliente durante los cuatro días que estuvimos en el hotel, dijeron que lo iban a arreglar pero esto nunca ocurrió

Hotel rooms are great, and provides toiletries etc. Breakfast is great and has variation everyday.
Staff are lazy and inefficient. The cleaning lady does not want to clean room everyday.
Dinner arrangements are a bit disappointing.
Location wise very good, very close to Maya Museum and Liverpools shopping mall.
