Your casa and pool face the Gulf of Mexico with wonderful views and fresh breezes. As you walk into your casa you enter a beautiful terrace then walk into the spacious open concept kitchen, dinning room and living room. Beautifully decorated with your comfort in mind.

Your kitchen is fully equipped with all new items! Fridge, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. Best of all a great views of the Gulf of Mexico. Your kitchen offers a serving window making it easy to pass items outside. Locations for every mood...you can eat at the sunny counter, at the kitchen bistro table or on the shaded custom designed L shaped patio table...all with views of the gulf! Enjoy turning your morning coffee into a zen experience or quench your thirst enjoying a cold beverage or a meal here taking in the wonderful gulf views. Your nicely decorated living room offers many comfortable seating choices to relax and unwind. The Ottoman offers additional sleeping space.(new pull out bed) or softly swing or sleep in the hammocks.

The large bedroom is outfitted with brand new very comfortable mattresses and beds (2 singles or king), air conditioning, overhead fan, hammocks, closet, lockable dresser, mirrors. This room has secure true mexican louvered windows for catching the terrific Gulf views and wonderful ocean breezes.

A bright clean large bathroom with a double sit at vanity and a huge walk-in shower awaits you as well .

Thing to note -your casa is on the ground floor. There is an upper apartment positioned on the back of the casa to allow for the ultimate private experience. Both casa’s are completely visually private from each other! Possible rental for extended families. Otherwise occupied by your hostess. -Service dog on site. She is a very quiet tiny chihuahua who is a medical alert dog. She is a true pleasure. -This is not a party destination, its very peaceful and quiet here. -We are a less than 5 minute walk to a local restaurant with daily specials and live music, 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride to Chelem. Or a few minutes drive. There are many transportation options, local bus, local tuc tucs, Uber, taxis. -Thai food delivery available -No smoking or pets on property. -Air conditioning $75.00 extra per week. -We request that no more than 3 guests occupy this space. -10 litres of Drinking water supplied
