"Comfortable and relaxing. Rooms are very clean despite the natural setting being immersed in garden and surrounded by jungle. Food and drinks at the on site restaurant were excellent. Offers tours including river tubing directly from the hotel which was a lot of fun and suitable for young kids. If you have a car it is less than 15 minutes to several tourist sites, adjacent towns, and airport. Great staff and a really positive vibe. My family and i really enjoyed our stay."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Pagua Bay House. The property is close to the airport and has convenient parking. The room was clean, the bed was soft, the shower was huge, the pool was refreshing and everything sits on a beautiful cliff overlooking the ocean. The onsite restaurant and bar had great food and drinks as well. We will return for sure. Highly recommend!!"

"Beautiful property. The host was friendly and accommodating. Great location for exploring some of the major sights in the area. A natural spring on site provided delicious drinking water. I had a family cabin with a kitchenette and washing machine. There were no screens in the doors/windows, but the beds had mosquito nets. I rented an AWD vehicle to get there. "Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...
