"Room was off streets by a way so made it a very quiet stay. Reverse cycle was clean and provided heating for the frosty night very quickly and operated quietly. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Hours reception is open is great. We only decided we needed to stay in town about 6pm so having till 10pm to check in allowed us to grab a coffee, something plain to eat (as not up to restaurant meals such as Thai food from the motel restaurant), and take a break while out booking went through. Our quiet room offered space but kept cosy with a/c heating on. Ours was a pleasantly peaceful and comfortable short stay. "

"We stayed in room 10 aircon didn’t work properly. Room was very hot and uncomfortable. Reception came to look fiddled around with it, didn’t help. We went back and told them, they said we can’t change rooms, even though it wasn’t booked out. The milk in the room was off and out of date. They have a leak in the bathroom, floor was alway wet. Would never stay here again. "
