The shower is 3ft away from facet handle, shampoo and soap. You have to walk back and forth to adjust water temperature and get soap during shower. If you want to use bath tub, you need to bring your own shampoo and soap. The front desk staff is always busy and some of them are not knowledgeable ...

The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel
My only gripe was the noise from the above room, they seemed to walk the floor, backwards & forwards forever, with very heavy footsteps.

Bay Hotel Apartments
Beautifully set out rooms. very comfortable & roomy. Friendly staff. Everything we needed to prepare meals. Laundry was very handy. Quiet & peaceful for being in the city area. We will stay again for sure.
