"Our stay here was great! The host was very kind, accommodating, and responsive. The house is spacious, clean, and well stocked. We had everything we needed and wanted for a lovely family gathering. We had room to eat, relax, play games, accommodate our dog, and still have some private space as well. It has a beautiful view in a semi-secluded area, while also being close to the grocery store and town. Perfect retreat! "

"Great place for a night. One minor issue we encountered was ran both space heaters on separate outlets (one in bedroom and one in kitchen) and kept popping one of the breakers so we could only run one space heater that was provided. "

" Both bedroom doors don’t close properly, which affects privacy. There’s also no mirror in the bathroom and nowhere to hang clothes, either in the bathroom or closet. The space is really best suited for two adults — our third guest had trouble sleeping comfortably. Overall, we felt the value didn’t quite match the price and description."

"This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed."
